Event Supervisor Info

Event Supervisor Applications Opens: 7:00 am PST June 1st, 2026

Event Supervisor Applications Closes: 11:59 pm PST September 4th, 2026

• We will aim to have 1-3 event supervisors per event.

• Event Supervisors are responsible for designing, proctoring, and grading their event(s).

• About ~10-15 of the Event Supervisors will be selected from Los Altos HS.

• We prefer accomplished Div C competitors, Alumni, or Coaches with 2 years of competing/coaching experience in the event(s) they are test-writing for. Prior Event Supervising experience is a huge plus!

• Students from competing teams are not allowed to apply to be an Event Supervisor for their division.

• Upon selection, you will be expected to be able to follow through with all Event Supervisor responsibilities.

• Tests will be written in accordance to the Regional Level, as outlined in the 2027 rule manual published by Nationals.
